BSR Properti ("we", "our", "platform") operates as a technology platform connecting property seekers (buyers, sellers, and tenants) with verified, independent real estate agents in Lahore, Pakistan. BSR Properti is strictly an introducer and does not own, manage, or broker physical properties.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary information to provide reliable property connections:

• Customer Contact Details: Mobile phone number (verified via WhatsApp OTP or direct WhatsApp chat) and optional name.
• Property Requirements: Preferred Lahore locality, society, or phase; transaction type (buy, sell, or rent); property category (house, plot, apartment, commercial); and optional budget range.
• Agent Professional Details: Full name, agency name, verified Pakistani mobile phone number, office location, selected coverage areas, and bank transfer payment receipts for paid ranking.

3. Explicit Customer Consent

We enforce strict, affirmative consent before introducing a customer to any real estate specialist. Your phone number is never shared with agents until you confirm your request. You maintain complete control over your communication:

• Pause Introductions: Reply Pause on WhatsApp to temporarily stop incoming agent introductions.
• Opt-Out & Stop: Reply Stop or Khatam at any time to immediately withdraw consent and cancel open enquiries.
• No Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or trade customer contact details to third-party telemarketers or advertisers.

4. Agent Name Visibility & Rankings

Real estate agents enrolled in BSR Properti paid ranking foundations may configure their identity preference. If an agent elects to keep their agency profile private, their ranking appears publicly and to competitors as an anonymous "Verified Area Specialist". Financial contribution amounts and internal scoring balances are never displayed to customers or competitors.

5. Data Security & Storage

All customer sessions, payment proofs, and conversation states are stored securely in dedicated PostgreSQL databases with encrypted transmission (HTTPS / SSL). Payment screenshot receipts are restricted to authorized BSR operations staff for verification.
